Located in Ardagh, just outside Ballina on the Crossmolina road, the showrooms at Ourania provide a beautiful setting for finding your perfect wedding gown. Our bespoke showrooms are designed to help you find your dress in a setting the befits the occasion. Take your time to relax and enjoy the experience as you find your perfect gown with an expert Bridal Consultant. Thomas comes with over 20 years experience in bridal design and made to measure couture. His skills lie in being able to advise you on how to personalise your dress. Thomas provides a full couture service, he can make the necessary adjustments whilst retaining the beauty of the original design.
We are proud to present a fabulous collection of European designers from renowned design houses which are available exclusively at Ourania. Appointments
Make finding your perfect Wedding Gown a memorable and exciting experience. At Ourania, we work on an appointment basis. Each appointment lasts for approximately an hour, this allows us to give a one to one personalised service with attention to detail and the little things that count!! Our opening times are listed to the right.
Later appointments can be arranged.
Due to the unique and delicate nature of the fabrics used we kindly ask that all brides to avoid wearing fake tan and body bronzer.

Thomas Heverin
Flowing Fabrics and Delicate Designs are the signature of Thomas Heverin`s creations.
A native of Ardagh Ballina, Thomas began his journey studying Fine Art in Sligo Institute of Technology. Moving to Dublin, he created gorgeous gowns for some of Irelands leading bridal fashion houses. Thomas was commissioned to design and create one of the most talked about designs for Appleby Jewellers; the diamond studded dress worn by model Tanya Alvarez for the Powers Grand National Launch.
Inspired by the beautiful West of Ireland landscapes, he returned to his native Ballina and began designing his own unique collection. Each gown is bespoke and can be personalised to suit each client creating a look of elegance and beauty. Every dress in the Ourania Collection is designed, sewn and beaded in his studio using the finest fabrics and laces sourced from around the world.
Thomas’s keen eye for detail means he enjoys collaborating with other artistic professionals such as the award winning stylists at Allure hairdressing. Thomas’s designs are a constant search for something new and exciting, never relinquishing the goal for timeless perfection and quality.
